Dr Saurav Barman

Chief Executive Officer

Dr Saurav Barman is the Chief Executive officer of AgriZhero. Dr Saurav began his career in Centurion University, Odisha, where he served as Associate Professor in Agricultural Chemistry and Soil Science for 10 years.
He is a Proficient on Technology transfer to Farming community with Livelihood development. He actively worked in across 30 districts of Odisha through different Agriculture Skill oriented projects which are being funded by National Skill Development Cooperation, New Delhi. He trained 100k+ farmers on different Agriculture job roles. His core interest area on Soil Health Management through Organic farming. For the last ten years he is into Organic Farming through Research, Practice and Promotion (RPP) mechanism. His mission for sustainable agricultural practices will march ahead with the Objectives: Traditional, Innovative and Scientific.
AgriZhero is focused on strengthening the sustainable growth of the Indian farming Community with a wider focus on Small and Marginal farmers and extensive training of youth in Modern and Digital Agriculture. Dr Saurav believes in the power of collaboration and inter-sectoral partnerships. Under his leadership, AgriZhero has been one of the sustainably growing agri-based enterprise in domestic player with strong presence in the natural ecofriendly products.

Dr Nilanjana Datta

Head- Research and Development wing, AgriZhero

Dr Nilanjana Datta is the Head- Research and Development wing in AgriZhero with responsibility for driving on ground research performance, frontline demonstration and execution for all the underlying working dimension, ranging from Crop Production, Post Harvest & value addition, Speciality Horticulture crop guide to crosscutting initiatives like Digital and Analytics and Shared Services.
Prior to AgriZhero, she was an Assistant Professor at Centurion University, Odisha in the Department of Horticulture. Recipient of University Gold Medal and Certificate of Merit for securing first position in Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya in M.Sc (Hrticulture). She has also qualified the ICAR-NET in 2016. She has presented papers in numerous national and international seminars and conferences. She also published variable research articles in national and international rated journals.
Dr Nilanjana has long experience in varied roles of Agri-Farm development, Operations, Research guiding, Projects, Strategic Planning and general management. She played an instrumental role in the scale up of our Research footprint, developmental excellence in her role as the leader for the R & D chain.
